Is Cicini a good fit for my business?
Cicini is built for appointment businesses, including salons, spas, tutors and personal trainers. You can offer individual services, set staff availability and let clients book online. Group classes, memberships, session packages and multi-location management are on the roadmap, so check those requirements before switching.
What can I do on the Free plan?
Free includes 1 team member, up to 30 bookings per month, a booking page and email reminders. No credit card is required. Online payments and SMS reminders require a paid plan.
What do paid plans cost, and is a card required?
Monthly billing starts at US$19 for Starter (3 team members and 250 bookings per month) and US$49 for Professional (8 team members and 750 bookings per month). Both offer a 30-day trial with a card required. Annual billing is also available; see Pricing for the full comparison.
Can I take payments or deposits when clients book?
Yes. Paid plans support Stripe checkout for full payment or a per-service deposit. Your business must connect a Stripe account and complete its payment setup first. Free does not include online payments. Review the payment terms and applicable processing fees before enabling checkout.
Do I need a website, and how do I get started?
You do not need your own website. Create your account and verify your email, add services and staff availability, then preview your Cicini booking page. Complete the setup checks, publish the page and turn online booking on before sharing the link. You can share it on your website, social profiles or in messages.
Can I switch from my current booking software?
Start with the switching guides under Support. They explain supported exports, import preparation and limitations for tools including Fresha, Square and Acuity. What you can move depends on your current provider and export files; some settings need manual setup. Contact our team if you need help checking your move.
Does Cicini connect to my calendar?
Google Calendar sync (beta): new Cicini bookings push to Google. Two-way busy-time blocking, Outlook and Apple Calendar sync are planned.
Can clients cancel or reschedule their own appointments?
A self-serve client portal for viewing, rescheduling, and canceling is on the roadmap. Clients book via your public booking page today; staff manage changes in the dashboard.
