Welcome to Cicini ("we," "our," or "the Platform"). Cicini provides a multi-tenant scheduling, booking, and operational management platform for organizations ("Organizations," "you," or "your") and their authorized users.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Cicini. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their staff and authorized users comply with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Usage Limits and Allowances

Cicini plans may include limits on features such as:

  • Number of customers or users
  • Number of notifications (e.g., SMS or email)
  • API or system usage

Usage is measured internally by Cicini using platform telemetry. Usage data is used to:

  • Enforce plan limits
  • Display usage information to Organizations
  • Protect system integrity and performance

If you approach or exceed your plan limits, Cicini may:

  • Notify you
  • Restrict certain features
  • Require an upgrade to continue usage

5. Third-Party Services

Cicini integrates with third-party service providers for infrastructure and functionality, including but not limited to:

  • Messaging and email delivery
  • Cloud hosting and storage
  • Authentication and security
  • Payment processing

Your use of these features may be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party providers. Cicini is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

6. Audit, Security, and Monitoring

To maintain security, compliance, and operational integrity, Cicini records certain audit and security events, including:

  • Authentication and access activity
  • Administrative actions
  • Usage of platform features
  • Security-related events

These records are used for:

  • Fraud prevention
  • Security monitoring
  • Compliance audits
  • System diagnostics

Cicini does not monitor message content or customer data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

7. Data Ownership

Organizations retain ownership of their data. Cicini processes data only to provide the Platform and related services.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable privacy, healthcare, and data protection laws.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Usage poses a security or operational risk
  • Required payments are overdue

Upon termination, access to the Platform will be revoked in accordance with applicable laws and retention policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Cicini does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cicini disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cicini shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
