Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cicini, we aim to provide clinics and organizations with reliable, high-quality scheduling and management services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Subscription Cancellations
- Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that date, your subscription will not renew, and you will no longer be charged.
- Data Access After Cancellation: You will retain read-only access to your account for 30 days after the end of your subscription to export data (appointments, invoices, reports). After this grace period, data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Refunds
- Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual payments may be eligible for a prorated refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of the subscription term. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: All refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or verified service outages exceeding 24 hours.
3. Failed or Disputed Payments
- If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until a valid payment method is provided.
- If you dispute a charge through your bank or card provider, access to your account may be suspended while the matter is investigated.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits beyond this policy in exceptional cases, such as:
- Documented technical issues preventing service use.
- Errors on our part in billing or account setup.
- Regulatory or legal requirements.
